Reservations
To confirm a reservation, our clients must send the payment receipt and the following information:
Full name
Date of birth
ID number or passport number
CPF (Brazilian ID)
Address / Neighborhood / City / ZIP code
Phone number
Check-in time
Check-out time
Names of other guests (if applicable)
Payment methods, reservations, rent, and security deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require the full deposit for reservation confirmation.
Payment can be made via bank transfer/deposit, PIX, or credit card.
In order to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email or Whatsapp.
Your reservation will be validated once Rio to Stay's reservation department sends a confirmation email.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all payments made.
Check-in
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The client is required to inform us of their arrival time and provide us with their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed. One of our staff members will meet the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.
Check-out
Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or security deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the agreed period. Changes to reservation dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from the company.
Rio to Stay reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of payments made by the client, if any of the following occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the neighborhood peace and/or violation of condominium rules, hosting parties, consumption of illegal drugs, pets without our permission, lack of full payment of rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has internet or cable TV connection, Rio to Stay assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunication companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disruptions with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rent payment.
Responsibilities and obligations of our guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they have rented as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to an early termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
Visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
