We are Rio to Stay Real Estate, an agency specializing in short-term rentals, focused on individuals and families, both Brazilian and foreign, who come to the city of Rio de Janeiro for leisure or business and who are looking for accommodations in the best-located areas of the city.
The company is the result of the union of partners with more than 15 years experience in the real estate and capital markets, mainly working with the high-income public, as well as being born and raised in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and passionate about the city.
All the properties in our portfolio, which include apartments, studios, apartments, penthouses and houses, are completely furnished and managed by our agency, which allows us to maintain a high standard in our guests experience and to be extremely strict and rigorous on fundamental aspects, such as decoration, utensils, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and maintenance, among others.
We have a professional sales team that is always available, knows every corner of Rio de Janeiro and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Our Mission
Our mission is to assist our guests very closely and in a personalized way from the first contact to the checkout, and to make them feel special, at home, assisted and in a very clean, pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped environment.
Our main goal is to build a long-term relationship with our guests. For us, this is crucial to the sustainability of our business. As a result, many of our guests stay with us again when they return to our city, even if it's not at the same property.
