Ideal for people and families who come for leisure or work and who are looking for comfort, a prime location and do everything by foot. Located just a few minutes walk from the beach, the metro station and close to all shops, the best bars and restaurants, gyms, and also very close to Copacabana. The Flat has a swimming pool, sauna, laundry and 24-hour concierge, as well as a free parking space.

Large and pleasant room with sofa bed, air conditioning, TV and blackout curtain, divided into living room and dining room, as well as a super charming balcony. Spacious bedroom with queen bed, TV, closet with safe, blackout curtains, air conditioning and a workstation for "Home office" (high-speed Internet). Complete bathroom, with window, shower with good pressure and makeup mirror. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, tea maker, wine cellar and various utensils, as well as a laundry area with sink. It also offers other amenities, such as a portable crib, hairdryer, ironing board and iron and amenities kit (shampoo, conditioner and soap).

The flat offers daily cleaning service, except on Sundays and holidays, from 9:30am to 5pm, that can be booked directly by the guests through reception at least 1 day in advance. The change of bed linen, bath linen and washing are not included, but can be requested for an extra fee.

Guests will have access to all areas of the Flat and also to the building's common areas, including the swimming pool, sauna and laundry room.

Guests can do everything by foot in the area, but have access to public transport to all parts of the city (bus, subway, taxi, Uber...). If you have a car, there is a free parking space in the building.
